Hey Y'all! My name is Alexia and I am the founder of Speech Machine Diagnostics LLC, a contracting and consulting company. Speech Machine was birthed from the desire to serve school based clinicians and local school districts. After finishing my graduate program, I embarked on my career journey as a traveling speech therapist where I experienced the good, bad, and so-so.

From my experiences, I learned that I am most passionate about motivating, mentoring, and supporting new clinicians on their career journeys. As a school-based therapist, I also enjoy supporting local school districts with locating clinicians who are supported, encouraged, and empowered to make an impact on the lives of the students they serve.

Do you take private clients?No, at this time we only offer contract school based speech and language services.

How does virtual mentorship work?Our virtual mentorship services include weekly 45-minute one-on-one sessions, 24/7 text access to your mentor, workflow tips/strategies, and more. Our virtual mentorship program is a 6 week commitment with the option to extend if requested.

What if I don't want the complete virtual mentorship program?No worries! We offer individual sessions at a fixed price. No pressure.
